  • The Posh Dog uses an online pet care portal called Time To Pet. Through this platform, clients can view their pet’s schedule in real-time, including when a walk starts and ends. After each visit, you'll receive a detailed journal update with notes on how the visit went, along with adorable photos of your pup.

  • Yes! The Posh Dog is fully insured and takes safety seriously — for your pet, your home, and our team.

  • You can book directly through our app, Time To Pet, or contact us to schedule your first meet & greet!

  • Yes — weather permitting, we walk rain or shine! If conditions are unsafe (extreme storms, ice, etc.), we’ll adjust plans for your pet’s safety.

  • #9 From our Service Agreement:

    The Posh Dog L.L.C. reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.

  • We suggest submitting requests for pet sitting around a month ahead, and requests for dog walks a week ahead. We always encourage planning as far in advance as possible as our schedules do fill up each day.

  • You can request and pay for services, instant message with our team, and update your records all on the Time to Pet mobile app! Please specify the desired time in the notes of your request and please remember we operate on a two hour window (one hour on either side of your desired time).

  • Our boarding is cage-free, in-home, and highly personalized. It includes daily hikes, enrichment (like Kongs and puzzle toys), medication administration (no extra charge), and lots of love — all in a calm, home environment. Only two boarding spots are available at a time for focused care!
